Michael Klumper The Buildings and Grounds Department is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the county buildings and grounds. It aids in facilities planning, works with outside contractors, operates a computerized energy management system, develops and maintains ongoing and long-term facilities maintenance activities. |
