The Pipestone County Personnel Department is responsible for employee services including: compensation,
recruitment, selection, labor relations, employee benefit programs, termination, personnel policies and
procedures, federal and state employment laws, unemployment, and training.
The Personnel Department is responsible for communicating official policies and other personnel information
to the staff, media, and general public.
