SWCD (LINK) (507) 825-4268 The Pipestone Soil and Water Conservation District provides assistance to protect and preserve the counties natural resources. Zoning Office (507) 825-6765 The Zoning Office permits and enforces activities which include land use, feedlots, septic, shoreland, wind development, and solid waste.
