- Burn Permits are issued to rural county and City of Pipestone residents free of charge, and are effective for (1) year.
- To obtain a permit, please come to the Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office 416 Hiawatha Ave S. Pipestone.
- Rural burn permits need to be called in to the Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office 507-825-6700 BEFORE burning; recreational burn permits issued to City of Pipestone residents do not need to be called in.
